SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for lures and/or bobbers are shipped from Reel Big Lures in 2 business days from receipt of payment.

All of our orders are sent UPS ground and should arrive to customers in the lower 48 within 3-5 days of date shipped.

A flat shipping rate of $25 is charged for each item to anywhere in the lower 48.  For customers outside this area, please send inquiries for shipping costs to info@ReelBigLures.com.

Multiple items ship in separate boxes and are each subject to the $25 flat shipping charge.  Because they are shipped individually, items may arrive on different days.

If you receive a damaged item please save the box and packing materials and contact us at info@ReelBigLures.com.

RETURN POLICY

It is of the highest importance to us that every customer is completely satisfied with our products.  If for any reason your giant lure or bobber doesn’t meet your needs or desires, email us and let us know that you are sending it back for a full refund* or exchange within 30 days of receipt.              

*Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
